Keystone Insurance Teen Driver Safety Scholarship

Keystone Insurance, located in Utah, is pleased to offer an annual scholarship for Undergraduate Students across the United States and High School Seniors in Utah.

As a dedicated Utah car insurance company, Keystone Insurance understands the importance of driving safety and the education of new drivers. Teen drivers are statistically more likely to be involved in accidents. Continued education on safe driving and steady parental involvement are key to developing responsible driving habits in teens. Encouraging open conversations about road safety and establishing clear rules and expectations can make a significant difference. A well-rounded approach like this can help minimize risks. Parents should stay engaged by monitoring their teen's driving behavior and offering guidance when necessary. With consistent support, teens are more likely to become cautious, responsible drivers.

Keystone Insurance wants to give back to the community and contribute $1500 to the education of one student each year.

The Keystone Insurance New Driver Safety Scholarship requires a submission process via the Google Form below. Each applicant will be required to submit a short essay of 700-1000 words outlining The Role of Parents, Teachers, and Mentors in Shaping Safe Driving Habits. Please discuss how parents, teachers, and mentors can influence and shape safe driving habits in young drivers. In your response, consider the different roles these figures play, provide examples if applicable, and reflect on how their guidance can lead to long-term responsible driving behavior. The winning submission will be chosen based on which best conveys how parents, teachers, and mentors can influence and shape safe driving habits.
